Comm-Fab is equipped with punch presses from 5 tons to 220 tons capacity. We stamp materials from 0.003" to 1/2" thick. We can manufacture from any cold stampable material. Some of the materials we currently stamp are nylon, phenolic fiber, epoxy glass laminate, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, monel, titanium and all grades of carbon steel.
We do shearing and forming, single and multi-head tapping, riveting and assembly. Outside processes include anodizing, heat treating, powder coating and all types of plating. Comm-Fab can design and build the tooling needed to manufacture your part. Some of the industries we serve are automotive, aerospace, furniture, material handling, appliance and luggage.
